BarangayCloud provides a digital platform for barangay management, including but not limited to resident management, certificate issuance, business registration, and administrative tools.

4.2 License Grant

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your internal barangay operations during the term of your subscription.

4.3 Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice to users.
